The Airdog is different from an ionizer. An ionizer only emitter ions to your room and then it charges pollutants. Once pollutants got charged, they are prone to settle down more on your sofa, fabrics, floor, and even your lungs. Airdog TPA is not only emitting ions but we collect all of them before they got out of air purifiers. That's a big difference. Our products are ozone safe and certified by the California Air Resource Board.
