The Airdog X3 and X5 Air Purifiers can run on a variable voltage supply of 90V-250V. This means that the Air Purifier can work with 110V Standard US Power Outlets as well as EU-Spec 220V Power Supplies. You would however, require a power outlet adapter that will allow you to change the power outlet plug to whatever power source that you will be using the unit with.
You would only require a power outlet adapter so that the power outlet plug would match the power source. You do not require a voltage transformer as the unit can already automatically adapt to the power source.
The Airdog X8 however, does not have a universal / variable power supply and therefore, there are two versions of the X8. One for 110V and another for 220V power supply.
