If you use candle or incense, this probably it's the case. Many candles and incense are not natural and they emits huge amount of smoke...The Airdog is such a powerful machine, thus it takes all pollutants in.
To clean the outer body, you could use some SOS pads. They normally work very well or awesome spray. Both of them work well.
