The -F- on the unit's display could potentially mean two things.
1. The collecting plate is loose
2. The mainboard doesn't sense the fan.
You can try to reseat the collecting plate and see if that fixes the issue.
Otherwise you would need to contact Airdog USA customer support, and request a RMA service ticket, which would allow you to send your unit back to Airdog USA for servicing and repair.
